HNA, experienced wound care nurses assess, document, and provide care for both minor and major wounds. Our team utilizes aseptic techniques and promotes Antimicrobial Stewardship, maintaining regular communication with your healthcare professionals about your progress.

Medication Management

Our enrolled and registered nurses are qualified to safely administer and document all prescribed medications as needed, whether for short-term or long-term care. Working with your GP or hospital discharge team to keep your medication administration current and suited to your health needs.

Assessments and Client care

Our Registered Nurses are experts at patient assessments. We provide care plans and organize referrals to any necessary services. Harmony Nursing Australia staff  respond to clients state of health and prompt emergency services if required.

IV  medication management

Harmony Nursing Australia are trained in IV, intramuscular and subcutaneous

medication management and administration using approved aseptic technique. We liaise with your GP's, to provide the correct medication management.

Phlebotomy and sample collection

Our RNs collect blood, urine, sputum and feaces samples or swabs on GP request, in your home. 

We can also transport you to your clinic to get specialised pathology tests done and liase with your GP or specialist to do so.

Nasogastric, Peg and ostomy care

Our experienced nursing team care for all kind of ostomies and provide education and support on self-care.

We manage nasogastric/PEG feeding in the home as well as administering medication via nasogastric or PEG ports.

Mental Health Nursing

Our experienced MHN will assess our veteran clients young and old for ongoing support, as well as NDIS service participants and private clients. Our Mental health Nurses are highly skilled and trained to give specialised support that makes a difference. At the moment HNA MHN can help veterans and private customers providing care plans ongoing support and referral services. In addition we now can work with NDIS providers conduct mental health assessments and recommend care plans for their individual client needs
