Amanda oversees all of Harmony Nursing Australia's operational procedures, clinical governance policies and procedures for clinical nursing service as well as company logistics including human resources, customer service and business development.

Amanda works with her team and partners to assist them with maintaining company standards and compliance. HNA continuality of care and quality of service is an important part of service standard and is core to HNA growth in the industry where caring for people's health  means more than just numbers.and integral part of HNA core values.

Kylie is actively involved in company risk management, working with the HNA team to provide safe quality services she provides support and guidance to the whole team at HNA. Kylie maintains HNA company standards and compliance assist managers and provides valuable insite to HNA service and growth in the health sector her specialty is the Mental health division of HNA and Kylie is actively growing the team to provide quality service within the genre of Mental health in South Australia. Plans to expand are in the pipeline.
